A little bit of jealousy can add spice to life, but uncontrolled jealousy can create havoc in the lives of people involved. Hypnotherapy and NLP are two tools that can be used for overcoming jealousy by breaking the negative thinking patterns and habit caused by jealousy.

Jealousy has been a psychological nemesis of humanity since the beginning. It exists in every culture, every age group, every period of history, even literature and myths. Shakespeare famously dubbed it "the green-eyed monster." An appropriate name, given the destructive nature of jealousy.

Is jealousy affecting your life?

Perhaps you've gone to a reunion and you can't stop thinking that your old friends are more attractive or successful than you. Or perhaps you find yourself spending hours of your day checking up on your partner just to make sure they aren't seeing someone else. Rather than bringing your partner closer, this behaviour hurts your relationships and pushes your partner away!

When jealousy becomes overpowering and feelings of anger, suspicion, and insecurity start to affect your behaviour, it can be crippling, affecting your job, social and love life. The obsessive behaviours and distrust caused by jealousy  can even bring about the end of relationships.

Stop jealousy now!

Excessive jealousy often stems from low self esteem, past experiences, and self-reinforcing negative thought patterns, buried in our unconscious minds. But you don't need to be controlled by jealousy! Hypnotherapy, a form of self-hypnosis designed to deconstruct the negative thought patterns and insecurity at the root of jealousy, is an effective and scientifically proven technique that can improve your self-esteem and kick the Green-Eyed Monster out of your life for good!

Hypnotherapy  induces a state of deep relaxation through the use of hypnosis. This state allows us to bypass the conscious mind and access the unconscious directly. In this state of hypnosis, your unconscious mind will be open to receiving new ideas and suggestions and, more importantly, confronting the existing, unhelpful thought processes behind jealousy. You can take control of your own thoughts! Become the secure and happy person you were born to be!
